Blanka tunnel (excursion)

Blanka tunnel complex in Prague is undoubtedly the largest underground structure built at present in the Czech republic.This extensive construction is the northwest part of the City Circle, whose total length is 6 382 m and this way will be complemented the part of Circle which is already operating in radius of 17 km length with tunnels Zlíchov, Mrázovka and Strahov. After the launch, which is expected in 2011 it will be created in this way the longest tunnel in the Czech Republic and the longest urban tunnel in Europe and simultaneously the tunnel will represent the longest continuous tunnel drilled in Czech Republic which lenght is 2.23 km
